Glenloy Road
We drove down Glenloy Road this afternoon. It's an even narrower single track road that accommodates 2 way traffic. We thought B8004 was a narrow single track road but when we got back onto it it seemed positively spacious. We followed Glenloy to its end - it follows the Loy River. I painted this -- it's the end of the road.

How did you choose your locations to paint? This is so ethereal.
ReplyDeleteI've been fixated on a rather comprehensive view lately so this time I was choosing to simplify. I liked the atmospheric perspective. That last layer is a mountain, not sky.

Thanks! I keep trying to edit down to more simplified compositions but often get caught up in the big views:-p
